Returns Policy

We would like you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Happi Baby Boutique. But, if for some reason you are not, our return/exchange policy is as follows:

• General Merchandise (Non-personalized): Can be returned in its original packaging and condition for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

• There will be no refunds of shipping charges unless there has been an error on our part.

• To return an item please first send an email to info@happibaby.com to request a return authorization number. Please Note: Any returns sent without this authorization number will be automatically refused.

• Once we have received the returned merchandise and have verified its condition we will issue a refund minus the shipping charges
